GRANT BLACK-Defender (26), Grant came through the junior ranks at Barnsley FC before impressing as captain at the short-lived AFC Barnsley prior to John Reed taking him to Harrogate Town in the Conference North and then on to Stalybridge Celtic. Followed ‘Reedy’ once again to the Silverlands in the summer of 2007 and has made 119 (4) appearances in 3 seasons at Buxton despite some injury problems in his first season here and was the Players’-Player of the season in 2008/09.
