We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with Fanbase as our new ticketing and fan engagement platform.

The partnership sees Fanbase become our new ticketing provider for both Season Tickets and Matchday Tickets, as well as offering our supporters a fresh new digital experience, including a digital wallet, exclusive social content and the ability to easily purchase tickets for fixtures and events.

Fanbase also facilitates a smoother communication channel with supporters, with integrated push notifications available within the Fanbase app.

Technical and Operations Director at Buxton FC, Danny Hopkins, said “We are delighted to have Fanbase on board as our new ticketing and fan engagement platform partner. Fanbase have built a really innovative product in this space, with other clubs in the National Leauge North already on board. The ability to upgrade our ticketing and fan engagement services whilst streamlining our operations will be to the benefit of all and we are excited to see how we can grow further with the support of Jerome and the team at Fanbase”.

Fanbase Head of Growth, Jerome McCarthy, commented: “We’re delighted to be on board with Danny and the team. We started conversations after the club realised the value in utilising a platform that goes beyond ticketing and offers events, subscriptions, fan data insights and more to drive engagement. Danny and the team at Buxton now have all of the tools at their disposal to improve the fan experience, drive engagement, revenue and club growth. We’re excited to grow our presence in the National League North too after our success in the National League South.”

The new partnership also sees the end of our existing relations with Kaizen Ticketing, and we would like to thank them for their support in facilitating our first steps into online ticketing over recent seasons.

Fanbase can be accessed through both your internet browser at app.fanbaseclub.com and also downloaded directly onto your device through the Apple/Android store.

Welcome to Buxton, Fanbase!

This seems like a smart move for supporters, especially with features like digital wallets and easier ticket access. Improving the overall fan experience often comes down to making good strategic decisions, which is one of the reasons I enjoy cobb can move.

Great to see Buxton FC stepping up their digital game with Fanbase! This kind of fan engagement and ticketing overhaul is exactly what smaller clubs need to grow. Reminds me that in football, it's always a case of big fish eat small fish - but partnerships like this help level the playing field. https://fisheatfish.app/

It’s interesting how the Bucks are focusing on deeper fan interaction rather than just ticket sales—using tech to build long-term engagement feels like a smart move. It makes me think about how communities form around shared experiences, almost like the way players collaborate and trade tips in gaming spaces. slime rng
