Buxton team manager Steve Cunningham has made two new signings as the club enters the final six-match phase of the push for promotion to the National League North.
Goalkeeper Johnny Saltmer, most recently with Bradford PA and previously with Darlington, Barrow and Hull City, was part of the Barrow squad that won promotion to the EFL in 2019/20. Johnny is 23-years-old.
James Hardy, two years older than Johnny, is on loan from Chester for the remainder of the season. The midfielder was a Manchester City trainee and has EFL experience with Walsall. He made five appearances for England C and was its player of the year in 2018/19.
