It is with sadness that the club has learned of the passing of former assistant manager Clive Freeman, shortly before his 62nd birthday. He was John Reed's hard-working assistant between 2007 and 2011, having had a successful playing career at the likes of Swansea City, Altrincham (where he won the BBC Match of the Day Goal of the Month Award) and Doncaster Rovers. A true character within the game, Clive will be remembered fondly by all those who knew him and the club sends condolences to family and friends.
