Kidderminster Harriers picked up a convincing 3-1 win against Buxton at the Silverlands, leaving the Bucks winless at home since mid-January. There was one change in the Buxton line-up from the team that won at Merthyr Town last week with Brennan starting instead of the departed Gilsenan and the bench was boosted by the return of Willoughby from suspension. George Ward was ill so there was also a welcome return to the bench for forward Sam Tomlinson (Pictured) after a shoulder injury....Full Match Report HERE
Two players have departed the Silverlands this week. Zak Gilsenan’s loan from Grimsby Town was cut short, after making 8 (1) appearances & scoring 3 goals and he has since signed on another loan stint, this time at Gateshead. Bermudan international Keziah Martin has permanently signed for Hereford following a loan after scoring once in 9 (15) appearances for the Bucks. We wish both players well in their future careers.
The Bucks are now on the road for their next three fixtures, starting on Tuesday with a trip to Darlington at 7-45. Following that we are at Chorley next Saturday and then we play at Leamington a week on Tuesday after the original game was abandoned due to an electrical problem at the ground.
