SHAREHOLDERS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31ST MAY 2024
Dear Shareholder,
You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to discuss the year ending 31st May 2024.
The meeting will take place on Thursday 27th February 2025 at The Tarmac Silverlands Stadium, Buxton SK17 6QH. The meeting will commence at 7.00 pm.
N.B. Only Shareholders or their named Proxies will be admitted to the meeting. Should you be unable to attend and wish to nominate a Proxy, please inform the Secretary in writing of the name of your Proxy prior to the date of the meeting.

Anyone wishing to table a formal question under Item 6 must submit the question via email to be received by the Secretary no later than Thursday 20th February 2025.

SC88 mình vào xem thẳng luôn để coi giao diện ra sao. Nói thật là vẫn giữ chút nghi ngại vì mấy trang kiểu này hay rối và chữ nhiều. Nhưng lướt một vòng thì thấy họ trình bày khá gọn, các khối nội dung đặt ngay hàng nên mắt bắt nhịp nhanh. Phần giới thiệu về thương hiệu để khá nổi, đọc vài dòng là hiểu họ đang nói nhiều về hệ sinh thái giải trí và chuyện nâng cấp trải nghiệm cho ổn định. Mình không bấm sâu sang các mục khác, chủ yếu xem cách họ sắp chữ với tiêu đề. Chữ nhìn rõ, khoảng cách dòng vừa đủ, kéo xuống không bị hụt mạch. Mấy heading…
Item 6 figures still need a tie-out to the accounts before 20 February, and the step I’d add is a column for the exact account line and page number beside each question. When I’ve used a shareholder meeting question list, that reference is what let the Secretary log it as formal before the Buxton proxy deadline instead of treating it as an informal follow-up.
A week is optimistic when the 20 February cut-off sits before the Buxton proxy deadline and Item 6 needs figures cross-checked against the accounts. If the Secretary only logs formal questions, a shareholder meeting question list at preparing shareholder meeting questions is useful; relying on informal follow-ups is exactly how points go missing. I’d rather email early than assume a week.
Kubet lúc đầu mình cũng hơi ngại, sợ vào lại rối rắm với chữ nghĩa lằng nhằng. Nhưng lướt vài phút thì thấy giao diện làm khá gọn, nhìn là biết chỗ nào ra chỗ nào, không phải mò mẫm nhiều. Mấy mục trên trang chia thành các khối rõ ràng, nên kéo xuống vẫn giữ được mạch, không bị cảm giác lạc menu. Mình thử đổi qua lại giữa vài khu vực trên điện thoại thì thao tác ổn, nút bấm dễ thấy, chữ cũng không bé quá. Thông tin về ưu đãi và điều khoản thì để riêng kiểu dễ tìm, ai cần đọc kỹ cũng tiện hơn. 20 February is not especially tight for Item 6 if the notice went out with the accounts; most shareholders need only a week to turn a figure into a challenge. The real question is whether the Secretary logs late questions at all, so I’d keep a shareholder meeting question list and submit by the stated cut-off rather than rely on informal follow-ups after Buxton.
