Sisa 'Brace' In First Away Victory

Buxton had only picked up one point from their two away games so far this season, courtesy of a 1-1 draw at Southport. Tonight marked a rare Friday evening game for the Bucks who made the long trip down south to Oxford City - undefeated in their opening four games of the 26/27 season.

Jordan Broadbent named several fresh faces amongst the Starting XI with new loanee from Kidderminster Harriers, Olly Tipton, getting the nod, alongside Gui Siqueira and Tony Weston who both make their first start for the Bucks. Olly Tipton has agreed to join the Bucks on a loan deal from Kidderminster Harriers FC. The 23-year-old signed for the Harriers in the summer having spent the past two seasons in the National League with Solihull Moors. Starting out at Wolverhampton Wanderers, the defensive-midfielder was a regular in the club's under-21s side and got his senior break during a loan spell in League Two with Notts County in the 2023-24 season.
