Just 40 seconds after the interval, Buxton’s loanee striker Devlan Moses, from fully 25 yards, scored the tie’s only goal with a sublime strike, low and diagonal into a net corner at the Railway End. The goal put a different complexion on the second half than might otherwise have been expected as the Bucks had been reduced to ten men on the stroke of half-time when left-back Josh Shaw was dismissed on receipt of a second caution for an unwise and unnecessary challenge.
