Grant Shenton with some great saves at Basford

The Bucks made it seven league games without defeat with a splendid 2-0 victory at Basford United, who started the day in second place. The last time the Bucks played a league game at Radcliffe was in March 1973 when a 1-0 victory helped maintain the eventually successful pursuit of the Cheshire League title.

The postponed league match at home to Warrington Town will now be played on Tuesday 24th of March at 7-45.
