Walshaw 'Brace' Against Former Club

When 3 players left Scarborough in the summer to sign for Buxton, their former manager was reported to have held the view that the players had taken a backward step-it hardly seemed like that on Tuesday evening as 'the Bucks' achieved their second 4-goal haul in 4 days to climb 2 places to stand 2nd in the fledgeling league table !

Not that this victory was as comfortable as Saturday's at Stalybridge. The 'Seadogs' 52nd-minute,out-of-the-blue goal to make the score 2-1 made a visitors' revival distinctly possible, that is until man-of-the-match, James Walshaw, scored his second on the night in the 75th minute….Full Report HERE This Saturday the Bucks do not have a match, with the scheduled home game with Morpeth Town being cancelled due to Covid in the visitors camp. This match will now be played at the Tarmac Silverlands Stadium on Tuesday 10th of November at 7-45. Our next match will be next Tuesday (20th) when the visitors to the Silverlands will be the newly named Mickleover FC with a 7-45 kick-off. The match will be all pay at the gate.
