The Tarmac Silverlands Bank Holiday Monday afternoon that began with a spontaneous, generous round of applause for broken-leg victim, Connor Kirby, on his first return, ended with 'the Bucks' earning all the points versus the most accomplished visitors yet seen in what was indeed as good a contest as could be wished for. 'The Martyrs' have played very well on each of their 3 visits and from this mid-table meeting can consider themselves most unfortunate to have gone home empty-handed. It will be very surprising if they don't climb quickly to a challenging position. Yet this has been a stunningly successful weekend for Buxton, with wins against 2 very good teams to climb into the top half of the table....Full Report HERE

Next Saturday Buxton play away at Morecambe (at 3 pm) before returning home for consecutive fixtures versus Brackley Town (Tuesday, Sept.8th at 7-45 pm) and then Chester on Sat. Sept 12th at 3 p.m.
